Our patient portal makes it simple for you to manage your long-term condition and have appointments over the phone or by video call.

How we work

01

Inviting you to use Suvera

You'll get a text or letter explaining from your GP practice explaining that they'll be using Suvera to monitor your health online.

02

Sharing information through our portal

You'll be send a link to our online portal from your GP practice. You can submit any information that a clinical needs for your review. Don't worry, any information you share is secure and stays confidential.
Find out more about how to use our portal.

03

Your review with our team

When it's time for your review, you'll speak to a highly trained clinician. They'll talk to you about your health, any medication you're taking and things like your diet and exercise.

04

Follow-ups

Sometimes you might need to do a follow-up appointment after a few weeks or months. This is usually just to make sure everything’s going to plan, and make sure you’re feeling great!
