Our services

Most popular

Virtual Clinic

Our clinical team takes on complete end-to-end management of your patients' condition and medication reviews including prescribing any medications they might need.

All consultations are fully coded and completely up to date with your records, ready to achieve all Quality Outcomes Framework and Investment Impact Fund targets.

Virtual groups

Our virtual group consultation service helps patients self-manage, support lifestyle changes and improve their health and well-being in partnership with your practice.

Group consultations are clinician-led, with 6-12 patients attending via video call. We create a unique opportunity for patients to learn from other people who have the same conditions in a safe space.

Virtual clinician

Our virtual clinician service can either be incorporated into your bespoke virtual clinic service or be a stand-alone when you need extra clinical capacity.

All our pharmacists are highly trained with general practice experience and can prescribe independently.

We’re set up to solve four main problems:

Lack of staff

Our care team works with your practice. Our team is made up of highly trained prescribing pharmacists who have extensive experience in primary care.

Improving patient access

We're a virtual service that can give your patients quick and easy access to healthcare including extended hours, from the comfort of their home.

Consistently improving outcomes

As a CQC registered service we guarantee quality. Our virtual care platform allows us to operate consistently across practices within a PCN or ICS.

Keeping on top of targets

We're designed to help you hit your targets related to QOF and IIF or any other locally enhanced services. We're really good at this.
